In 2009, fraternal spirit flourished when 80 Catholic Order of Forester (COF) courts and more than 3,500 member and non-member volunteers participated in May's Join Hands Day, a national volunteer day sponsored by America's Fraternal Benefit Societies.
Building on 2009's success, and volunteers overwhelming support, COF has enhanced Join Hands Day Feeding God's Children program, which last year helped alleviate hunger at the local, national, and world level.
COF once again offers support materials, for planning and executing an activity, and free participant T-shirt, wristband, and bookmark.Besides our committed Forester volunteers, we invite non-member youth and adults, family, friends, and other church, fraternal, and civic organizations to Join Hands with Catholic Order of Foresters on May 1, 2010.
